Health Requirements:
New Hampshire state law requires that all campers have a
health and immunization history and a physician's examination
completed within 24 months of entering camp. By registering
your child the parent/guardian agrees to have a child examined
by a physician and to have all immunizations current upon
his/her entering camp. |
