white mountain soccer camp / july 27 - august 2
This six day soccer camp (conducted on the grounds of the Rumney Bible Conference Center in Rumney, NH) is designed to challenge teenagers on the field, and in their lives - spiritually.
On the field, campers will be taught from their own playing level and will receive instruction that will refine both team and individual playing skills. Daily sessions include:
- Training in game situations
- Dribbling
- Shooting
- Heading
- Tackling
- Trapping
- Goal-keeping
- Collective tactics
- Team preparation
Campers will be involved in both small and full-sided games. The camp will have a spiritual emphasis as well, including a morning devotional and evening group meetings where the Bible will be taught. Campers will be challenged to live Christ-like lives both on and off the field.
Other camp activities include: basketball, volleyball, tennis, ping-pong, carpetball, swimming, blobbing, a river walk, and a sunrise hike in the White Mountains.
