2008 DATES: SUNDAY, JULY 27 - SATURDAY, AUGUST 2 This six day soccer camp (conducted on the grounds of the Rumney Bible Conference Center in Rumney, NH) is designed to challenge teenagers on the field, and in their lives - spiritually. On the field, campers will be taught from their own playing level and will receive instruction that will refine both team and individual playing skills. Daily sessions will include training in game situations, dribbling, shooting, heading, tackling, trapping, goal-keeping, collective tactics, and team preparation. Campers will be involved in both small and full-sided games. The camp will have a spiritual emphasis as well, including a morning devotional and evening group meetings where the Bible will be taught. Campers will be challenged to live Christ-like lives both on and off the field. Other camp activities include: basketball, volleyball, tennis, ping-pong, carpetball, swimming, blobbing, a river walk, and a sunrise hike in the White Mountains.
