meet the speakers

Pastor Kevin Adams is Senior Pastor of East Baptist Church in Lynn, Massachusetts. He was born in Llanelli, South Wales. His specialties in teaching are focused on revival history and Erasmus. He is the author of two books and a film on Welsh Revival History. While lecturing on the 1904 Revival, he met and a year later married Gwenfair Walters.
Dr. Gwenfair Walters Adams B.A. (Wellesley); M.Div. (Gordon-Conwell); Ph.D. (Cambridge); is Associate Professor of Church History and Faculty Mentor for Women’s Spirituality and Leadership Development at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. She is currently working on her second and third books: The History of Story: How Narrative Has Shaped the Church and It’s All About the Story: Discovering the Beauty, Power and Purpose of God’s Epic...and Yours.

Non-Resident: $50 for first person; $25 per additional family member.
Resident: $25 for first person; $12.50 per additional family member.
Volunteer: $0. There are limited, scheduled jobs for volunteers.
conference information
The format for the conference is a ‘long weekend’ beginning with check-in on Thursday after 4:00 p.m. The conference ends on Sunday at 1:00 pm.
The conference is comprised of five meetings (Friday through Sunday AM) and sometimes small groups. There is a special event on Saturday night (concert, campfire, skit night, auction, etc.).
Meetings are typically grouped in the morning, leaving afternoon for family rest, recreation and renewal both on and off-site.
Activities are available to residents and guests during the weekend.
